About NSS

The National Service Scheme (NSS) is a community service program with the objective of building social consciousness in students. NSS provides an opportunity to students in the capacity of volunteers to venture out of their comfort zones and make a difference to society. Inspired by this philosophy, the curriculum of the NSS chapter of Adina Institution was set up in 2009, comprises a gamut of events and activities undertaken by volunteers who have channelized their creativity and spirit of volunteerism to bring about meaningful change. The NSS coordinators of Adina Institution are, Assistant Professor Dr. Harshita Jain and Assistant Professor Anurag Singh. 

The NSS program endeavours to sensitize the students to various social issues through discussion, debate, talks, seminars, workshops, music, awareness campaigns, street theatre and confluences. 

Adina group stands with a legacy of over 14years continues to make a difference and contribute to the world outside while staying true to its motto of Determination, Devotion and Dedication. 

NCC - National Cadet Corps

About NCC

The National Cadet Corps (NCC) is a voluntary organization which is administered through the Ministry of Défense. The defence minister is overall in charge, and responsible to the Government of India for efficient functioning of the NCC and other matters. The NCC Headquarters is situated in New Delhi, headed by an officer of the rank of Lieutenant General who is responsible for the smooth functioning of the NCC in the country. National Cadet Corps came into existence on 16th April, 1948 and aims at developing the quality of character, courage, comradeship, discipline spirit of adventure and sportsmanship and ideals of selfless service and secular outlook among the youth and thus make them responsible citizens. Every volunteer who joins NCC in the college as a cadet is imparted training consisting of regular parades, training in the handling of light weapons and other activities of related nature. NCC has a program of extension activities consisting of tree plantation, literacy drive; vigilance, awareness, civil defense, population education, participation in health and family welfare program and above all our NCC cadets are ever ready to donate blood on all occasions. 

The NCC-in-charge of our college is (A.N.O.) Assistant professor Anurag Singh, Ex service man Mr. Anand Tiwari. The NCC at ADINA Group of Institution started in 2023.
