About US

The Civil Engineering Department was founded at Adina Institute of Science and Technology in 2009, marking the start of a journey dedicated to teaching students the intricate art of creating vital structures that define our everyday lives. With an annual intake of 60 students, the department stands as a hub for fostering the next generation of engineers. Its state-of-the-art laboratories and cutting-edge tools serve as playgrounds for exploration, enabling hands-on learning experiences where theoretical knowledge meets practical application.

The department doesn’t just focus on teaching technical skills. It emphasizes the importance of teamwork, communication, and staying updated with the latest technology trends. Through engaging national-level seminars and specialized programs, students get a chance to dive deeper into current advancements in the field and even explore how to start their own projects. These initiatives aim to prepare students not just as engineers but as innovative thinkers and problem solvers, ready to tackle real-world challenges.

Civil engineering itself is pretty incredible—it’s not just about building roads and bridges, though those are important too! It’s about making things that make life better for everyone, from designing safer highways to creating eco-friendly buildings. This field plays a huge role in our communities, ensuring our cities are functional, sustainable, and safe places to live and work. And it’s not just about local projects; civil engineering impacts big companies and even national governments, making it a crucial part of modern society’s development.
