About NCC
The National Cadet Corps (NCC) is a voluntary organization which is administered through the Ministry of Défense. The defence minister is overall in charge, and responsible to the Government of India for efficient functioning of the NCC and other matters. The NCC Headquarters is situated in New Delhi, headed by an officer of the rank of Lieutenant General who is responsible for the smooth functioning of the NCC in the country. National Cadet Corps came into existence on 16th April, 1948 and aims at developing the quality of character, courage, comradeship, discipline spirit of adventure and sportsmanship and ideals of selfless service and secular outlook among the youth and thus make them responsible citizens. Every volunteer who joins NCC in the college as a cadet is imparted training consisting of regular parades, training in the handling of light weapons and other activities of related nature. NCC has a program of extension activities consisting of tree plantation, literacy drive; vigilance, awareness, civil defense, population education, participation in health and family welfare program and above all our NCC cadets are ever ready to donate blood on all occasions.
The NCC-in-charge of our college is (A.N.O.) Assistant professor Anurag Singh, Ex service man Mr. Anand Tiwari. The NCC at ADINA Group of Institution started in 2023.
